Apartment and condominium projects often have large floor areas that require a consistent underlayment before finished flooring can be installed.

Creating a flat surface for flooring

Uneven subfloors can create problems when carpet, tile, vinyl, engineered flooring, or other materials are installed.

A poured gypsum underlayment fills low areas and creates a more consistent floor surface.

New construction and renovations
